Servings: 12 slices
- 1 lb Italian Bread Loaf can you any style bread your prefer
- 4 tbsps butter softened
- 1 tsp Italian herbs and spices
- 1/4 tsp salt omit if you use salted butter
Slice bread about 1 inch in thickness and repeat until your loaf is sliced.
Line bread slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Using a pastry brush, coat each slice of bread with butter.
Sprinkle on a little salt, and the spices.
Slide baking sheet into the freezer with the toast on it.
Allow to freeze for 30 minutes or longer.
Take out frozen slices and put them into freezer bags.
