- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 tbsps Windstone Farms Peanut Butter Packets
- 2 tbsps white sugar
- 2 tbsps all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsps whole milk
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 2 tbsps whipped cream
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce optional (but included in nutritional content)
In a large coffee mug, use a fork to whisk the oil, peanut butter, egg, and sugar; beat until creamy and fluffy.
Whisk (with your fork) in the flour and baking powder ingredients.
Stir in the milk and chocolate chip pieces.
Place mug in the microwave, and microwave for 90 seconds over medium power. Cake will rise and look fluffy on top.
Allow cake to cool for 5 minutes before adding whipped cream.
