Equipment

  • Muffin tins

Ingredients

  • 12 Tyson Boneless Buffalo Chicken Bites
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsps chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar blend
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  • Fully cook your Tyson Buffalo Boneless Chicken Bites or 15-20 minutes according to the package instructions.
  • Once they are baked, remove them from the oven, and set them aside.
  • Layers your muffin tin(s) with wonton wrappers. I used two per space. My recipe only made 12 bites, but you can accommodate to however many you may need.
  • Add 1 tsp of shredded cheese to the bottom of each wrapper.
  • Place one Tyson Buffalo Boneless Chicken Bite, some celery pieces, and 1 tsp of blue cheese crumbles. You can add more cheese, or even blue cheese dressing if you prefer.
  • Place muffin tin(s) in the oven and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, remove from oven, and enjoy warm.

Notes

  • You can add cubed cheese to these if you prefer. Cheddar tastes really good!
  • Celery may be omitted. Green onion makes a flavorful substitute.
  • Blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing can be used in place of the blue cheese crumbles.
  • You can dip these in ranch or blue cheese.
To Reheat
These Spicy Bufffalo Chicken Wontons are best the same day and do not store well in the fridge. To re-heat them place them on a baking sheet, and bake them in the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 3-5 minutes to crisp them up.
