1largesweet white onion sliced thin
2cupsbroccoli crowns,chopped
6ounceswhite mushrooms sliced
1 1/2cupsmixed sweet peppers sliced
4clovesgarlicminced
1/2tspginger
1/4 tspsalt
1/4tspblack pepper
2tbsps.olive oil

Instructions
Rinse, dry, and prepare vegetables.
Add olive oil to a large wok. Place chopped vegetables inside.
Season vegetables with spices and mix with a wooden spoon.
Stir for 10-15 minutes over medium-high heat. you do not want the veggies mushy. Sitr frequently. Broccoli will turn deep green once ready and still have a slight snap to it.
Heat Minute® Ready to Serve Garlic & Olive Oil Jasmine Rice cups in the microwave.
Add rice to a dish and add veggies on top. Serve right away while warm.
