Zesty Red Onion, Feta and Cucumber Salad

An easy to make zesty summer salad that takes about 5 minutes to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 2 large English cucumbers
  • 1 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Hidden Valley Cucumber Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup *optional Kalamata Olives
  • 1 medium red bell pepper

Instructions

  • Thinly slice cucumbers, and red onion; place in a large bowl
  • Add Hidden Valley Cucumber Ranch Dressing, and feta; mix well
  • Add in olives if you please, and place in the refrigerator; serve chilled.
