Turkey Meatball Sub Sandwiches

A delicious recipe for turkey meatballs served on a sub.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs -adjust to your family-we love leftovers Ground turkey
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • pinch celery salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Spicy Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl add every ingredient and use your clean hands to mix
  • Form meat mixture into golf ball sized meatballs
  • Place them on the baking sheet
  • Bake at 350 for 40 mins
  • Once cooled, add them to a pot filled with sauce and simmer, OR if you are adding them to the subs slice sub bread and add meatballs.
  • Then, spoon sauce over the top of the meatballs and cover with provolone cheese
  • Bake in the oven for an additional 5-10 mins or until cheese is melty
  • Serve with a side salad or chips.
