Turkey Meatball Sub Sandwiches

- 3 lbs -adjust to your family-we love leftovers Ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- pinch celery salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste garlic powder
- to taste onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Spicy Dijon mustard
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl add every ingredient and use your clean hands to mix
Form meat mixture into golf ball sized meatballs
Place them on the baking sheet
Bake at 350 for 40 mins
Once cooled, add them to a pot filled with sauce and simmer, OR if you are adding them to the subs slice sub bread and add meatballs.
Then, spoon sauce over the top of the meatballs and cover with provolone cheese
Bake in the oven for an additional 5-10 mins or until cheese is melty
Serve with a side salad or chips.
