Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Italian Bread sliced to 1/4 inch thickness
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Herb topping *optional, I used freeze dried basil

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees f.
  • Gather your ingredients.
    Smoked Salmon Slices Crostini
  • Toast ciabatta slices on a baking sheet for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add a piece of smoked salmon slice to each, and sprinkle with basil or herbs. Enjoy!
