Ingredients

  • 2 cups white flour
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 squares of 100% baking cacoa chopped *can sub in semi-sweet chips if wanted
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 2 small ripe bananas

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375. Grease a muffin tray with nonstick spray. In a large mixing bowl, mash your bananas, and avocado. Mix in the eggs and milk Add the sugar, baking soda, salt, and flour; mix well, but do not over mix or puree the batter. Fold in chocolate chunks. Fill muffins cups 3/4 way full. Bake for 15-16 minutes or until done.
