Sweet Cherry Smoothie

A refreshing morning smoothie idea that features sweet cherries and lots of protein to get your day started off right.

  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup milk I used Almond, but it can be any type
  • 1 cup Cherries pitted
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses, or shake cups. Enjoy!
