Crunchy Fish Flatbread Pizza with Tartar Sauce Drizzle
A tasty, warm, crunchy fish flatbread pizza recipe that can be prepared in under 30 mins.
Servings: 6 pizzas
- 8 pieces Gorton's Crunchy Fish Fillets Cook according to instructions
- 2 whole vine ripened tomatoes diced
- 2 whole scallions chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 6 whole Naan flatbreads
- 1/2 cup fresh tartar sauce 1/4 cup sweet relish + 1 cup mayo
Cook Gorton's Fish Fillets according to package instructions.
Prepare 6 Naan Flatbreads with sprinkled cheese, scallions, & tomato.
After fish is cooked, Slice it into chunks and add about 6-7 pieces per flatbread pizza.
Toast for 6-8 minutes at 350 until cheese is melted and bread is slightly toasted.
Drizzle each pizza with tartar sauce.
