Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Gorton's Crunchy Fish Fillets Cook according to instructions
  • 2 whole vine ripened tomatoes diced
  • 2 whole scallions chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 6 whole Naan flatbreads
  • 1/2 cup fresh tartar sauce 1/4 cup sweet relish + 1 cup mayo

Instructions

  • Cook Gorton's Fish Fillets according to package instructions. Prepare 6 Naan Flatbreads with sprinkled cheese, scallions, & tomato. After fish is cooked, Slice it into chunks and add about 6-7 pieces per flatbread pizza. Toast for 6-8 minutes at 350 until cheese is melted and bread is slightly toasted. Drizzle each pizza with tartar sauce. Enjoy warm!
