Sweet & Spicy Chicken Bacon Dippers
A sweet and spicy oven-baked chicken recipe that is less calories than it's fried counterparts.

Servings: 5 servings
- 1 1/2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 package Al Fresco Chicken Bacon
- 1/2 tsp of the following spices:
- black pepper
- chili powder
- Herbs de Provence
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp olive oil
Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper, place a grate on top of your pan to catch the grease. This will also keep your dipper crispy and not soggy.
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Cut chicken breast into 1/2 inch thick strips about 2 inches in length; coat with oil
Cut bacon into thirds
Wrap bacon around your chicken strips and line them on your baking sheet
Sprinkle with herbs/spice mixture
Lastly, sprinkle with brown sugar
Bake for 50 mins or until bacon is crispy
Serve with honey mustard dipping sauce.
