Sweet & Spicy Chicken Bacon Dippers

A sweet and spicy oven-baked chicken recipe that is less calories than it's fried counterparts.

  • 1 1/2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 package Al Fresco Chicken Bacon
  • 1/2 tsp of the following spices:
  • black pepper
  • cumin
  • chili powder
  • Herbs de Provence
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp olive oil


  • Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper, place a grate on top of your pan to catch the grease. This will also keep your dipper crispy and not soggy.
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cut chicken breast into 1/2 inch thick strips about 2 inches in length; coat with oil
  • Cut bacon into thirds
  • Wrap bacon around your chicken strips and line them on your baking sheet
  • Sprinkle with herbs/spice mixture
  • Lastly, sprinkle with brown sugar
  • Bake for 50 mins or until bacon is crispy
  • Serve with honey mustard dipping sauce.
