Real Crab Meat Salad Cracker Appetizer

- 8 ounces real lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced red pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chives chopped
- 1/4 tsp pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
In a medium-sized bowl, break apart the lump crab meat and then add in each of the ingredients.
Mix with a spoon, and transfer into another bowl.
Top with chives;
Serve with RITZ Crackers.
*tip, make the salad ahead of time to allow the flavors to meld.
