Ingredients

  • 1 cup of lowfat cold milk
  • 1 packet of Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentials® Vanilla
  • 3 large Strawberries
  • 1/2 large banana
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add ice, milk, Carnation Instant Breakfast Vanilla packet, chia seeds, and sliced fruit into blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve with chia sprinkled on top.
