Pot Roast and Veggies in the Crock Pot
A delicious and simple pot roast and veggies in the crock pot meal. A few simple tricks will produce the most tender and flavor meal.

- 1 Top or Bottom Round Pot Roast 4-5 lbs
- 4 large red potatoes halved
- 3 large carrots cut into thirds
- 2 large onions cut into halves
- 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup water
Prepare you crock pot, and add one cup of water to it
Add meat and season well with the Montreal seasoning
Cut up veggies and line the potatoes first around the sides, then carrots, and last onions which with rest on top of the meat
Cook on low heat for 8 hours
Serve and enjoy
