Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon cut and scooped into balls
  • 2 cups cucumber peeled, and scooped into balls
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced thin
  • ½ cup blueberries washed
  • 2 tablespoons mint sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon basil sliced thinly
  • 3 ounces mozzarella pearls
  • 8 tablespoons balsamic glaze
