3tablespoons butterdivided
2largeeggsscrambled
2tablespoonssherry wine
salt & pepper to taste
4clovesgarlicpressed
½teaspoonfresh ginger pressed
1large yellow onion diced
1½cupsfrozen peas, carrots, and green beans
1cupfresh bean sprouts
½cupgreen onion sliced
6cupsJasmine riceday old
⅓cuplight soy sauce
2teaspoonsoyster sauce
1tablespoonsesame oil
Instructions
Add one tablespoon of butter to a heated wok and scrambled theeggs. Once done, remove eggs from the pan and set aside.
Add another tablespoon of butter, garlic, ginger, onion and vegetables to the wok. Over medium-high heat stir fry them with the sherry wine, salt, and pepper to taste. Once vegetables are tender, add in the beansprouts and cook until just wilted and tender.
Add the last tablespoon of butter, green onion, cooked sausage, and rice to the pan, and turn up the heat to high. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Using your wooden spoon, continuously mix the ingredients until the rice begins to get some toasted color; about 5 minutes. Remove pan from the heat and stir in the sesame oil. Be sure to enjoy the dish warm!
