Black Bean Tostadas

- 15.5 ounces BUSH’S Savory Black Beans Fiesta heat in a small stock pot until warm
- 1 large tomato diced
- 1/2 tbsp red onion diced
- 1/2 tbsp jalapeno diced
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice divided
- 3 tbsps feta cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/8 tsp chipotle powder
- 3 flour taco shells
- salt & pepper to taste
Chop all veggies and add them to a small dish. Mix with half the lime juice, salt, and pepper.
In another small bowl, mix sour cream, remaining lime juice, and chipotle powder; set aside.
Heat BUSH’S Savory Black Beans Fiesta on the stovetop over medium heat until warmed. Once done, set aside.
While you are heating beans, warm flour tostada shells over medium heat until crisp on each side (about 1 minute per side).
To prepare your tostada, spread an even amount of beans over each, top with an even amount of salsa, and then feta cheese.
Serve right away!
