Dressing
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a bowl, and cover; refrigerate until needed. You can also transfer the dressing to an airtight container or jar. This tastes best after the flavors have had a chance to meld-at least 8 hours.
Salad
Grill BUBBA burger patties for 5 minutes per side.
Add the chopped burger buns to a large bowl. Mix in the melted butter and garlic powder, and toss to coat.
In an oven, or air fryer, toast the croutons until golden-brown, and crisp; about 5-10 minutes turning once.
In a large bowl, add the lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and grilled, chopped burger patties.
Top the salad with toasted croutons and homemade dressing. Enjoy!
