Ingredients
3largesweet potatoespeeled, wedged
1½tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonscornstarch
½teaspoonsalt
¾teaspoongarlic powder
¾teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonblack pepper
¾teaspoonpaprika
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
Toss the sweet potato fries with a little olive oil, sea salt, cornstarch and spices. Then, spread them out in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd or they will steam and not air fry.
Air fry for 10 minutes before flipping them over, and cooking an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
