Ingredients

puff pastry dough

Havarti cheese

cranberry sauce
*your choice of variety

fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray (2) 12-count muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.
Unfold puff pastry and using a pizza cutter, slice the pastry into 24 squares. I used Jus Roll type which is one long sheet on parchment.
Add one square of dough to each muffin tin well.
Add one small square of Havarti (or Brie Cheese).
Spoon one teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, puffy, and firm to the touch.
Remove from oven, and garnish with a pinch of fresh rosemary! Enjoy warm!
