Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubes assorted varieties
  • 1 cup sliced summer sausage
  • ½ cup tomatoes
  • 6 large fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 6 large fresh sage sprigs

Instructions

  • Start with a large dinner plate or small slate, marble, or wooden circular cheese board for your wreath base.
  • Gather your artisanal cheeses, meats, herbs, and produce. Slice, and cube your meats and cheese.
  • Arrange the fresh herbs around the outside of the plate to form the “greens” of the wreath.
  • Then, line a circle of dried meat around the fresh herbs.
  • Add the cheese cubes in the center of the plate.
  • Add festive accompaniments like tomatoes for the ornaments.
  • Enjoy! Serve chilled
