1cup cheddar cheese cubesassorted varieties
1cupsliced summer sausage
½cuptomatoes
6largefresh rosemary sprigs
6largefresh sage sprigs
Instructions
Start with a large dinner plate or small slate, marble, or wooden circular cheese board for your wreath base.
Gather your artisanal cheeses, meats, herbs, and produce. Slice, and cube your meats and cheese.
Arrange the fresh herbs around the outside of the plate to form the “greens” of the wreath.
Then, line a circle of dried meat around the fresh herbs.
Add the cheese cubes in the center of the plate.
Add festive accompaniments like tomatoes for the ornaments.
