Easter Candy Popcorn

Easter Candy Popcorn made with marshmallows is a delicious and festive snack that is perfect for Easter. It is made by coating popcorn in a sweet and gooey marshmallow mixture, and then topping it with Easter egg candy and sprinkles. The popcorn is then added to a baking dish and cooled completely before enjoying the clusters.

Ingredients

  • 10 cups buttered popcorn
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Peanut Easter M&Ms
  • 1 cup Plain Easter M&Ms
  • 1 tablespoon Easter sprinkles

Instructions

  • Prepare your popcorn if using freshly popped. We used buttery popcorn from The Popcorn Factory for our recipe. Add it to a large bowl.
  • Over low heat, in a medium stockpot, melt the butter. Then, add the marshmallows. Stir until mixture is white, fluffy, and melted.
  • Pour the melted marshmallow and butter over the popcorn. Add the Easter candies of your choosing, and stir.
  • Spread the mixture out over a parchment or wax paper-lined baking sheet
  • Sprinkle popcorn with Easter sprinkles.
  • Let cool completely before breaking it up and storing it in a large plastic bag or container.
