Ingredients

  • 12 ounces bowtie pasta cooked al dente
  • 1 cup pepperoni quartered
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese pearls
  • ½ cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup hot pepper rings
  • ½ cup black olives sliced
  • ½ cup Italian dressing
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the pasta, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, red bell pepper, hot pepper rings, and black olives.
  • Add in the dressing and toss to combine, and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
