Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple remove outer skin, stem, and core. Slice into 6-7 pieces.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Remove outer skin, stem, and core from pineapple
  • Cut pineapple into 6-7 chunks.
  • Add pineapple, water, cinnamon, and brown sugar to bag.
  • Close zippered bag and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Heat grill to medium/high heat.
  • Grill chunks for 3-5 minutes per side.
