- 1 pineapple remove outer skin, stem, and core. Slice into 6-7 pieces.
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup water
Remove outer skin, stem, and core from pineapple
Cut pineapple into 6-7 chunks.
Add pineapple, water, cinnamon, and brown sugar to bag.
Close zippered bag and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Heat grill to medium/high heat.
Grill chunks for 3-5 minutes per side.
