Ingredients
1lbItalian Bread Loaf can you any style bread your prefer
4tbspsbuttersoftened
1teaspoonItalian herbs and spices
¼teaspoonsaltomit if you use salted butter
½tablespoongarlic powderor minced garlic
Instructions
Butter
Add the softened butter, spices, and garlic to a small bowl. Mix together to incorporate the flavors.
Garlic Bread
Slice bread about 1 inch in thickness and repeat until your loaf is sliced.
Line bread slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Using a pastry brush, or small spatula coat each slice of bread with the butter mixture.
Slide baking sheet into the freezer with the toast on it.
Allow to freeze for 30 minutes or longer.
Take out frozen slices and put them into freezer bags.
