Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian Bread Loaf can you any style bread your prefer
  • 4 tbsps butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs and spices
  • ¼ teaspoon salt omit if you use salted butter
  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder or minced garlic

Instructions

Butter

  • Add the softened butter, spices, and garlic to a small bowl. Mix together to incorporate the flavors.

Garlic Bread

  • Slice bread about 1 inch in thickness and repeat until your loaf is sliced.
  • Line bread slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 
  •  Using a pastry brush, or small spatula coat each slice of bread with the butter mixture. 
  •  Slide baking sheet into the freezer with the toast on it.
  • Allow to freeze for 30 minutes or longer. 
  •  Take out frozen slices and put them into freezer bags.
