Double Chocolate Chip Peppermint Cookies
Double Chocolate Chip Peppermint Cookies is a delicious Christmas cookie hack you can make with refrigerated cookie dough and semi sweet chocolate morsels. It is a perfect dessert to make on a whim.
Servings: 24 cookies
- 18 ounces cookie dough
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Preheat oven according to cookie dough instructions.
Bake cookies according to package instructions.
While cookies are baking, melt chocolate morsels in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between each round.
Once chocolate is smooth set asides.
When cookies are done baking allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Once cooled, chip each into the creamy chocolate and sprinkle each with peppermint; repeat until all are done.
