Greek Pasta Salad with Feta & Sausage

  • 1 package tradtional Nikos Crumbled Feta
  • 1 package Al Fresco® Buffalo Style Chicken Sausage
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 medium green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup white sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 box of spiral pasta


  • Here is how to make this summer must-have meal a.ka. Greek Pasta Salad with Feta & Sausage:
  • Boil pasta until al dente; rinse under cold water, and drain
  • Cook halved sausages on the grill 3-5 mins per side on medium heat
  • Chop and slice veggies, and add them to the drained pasta
  • Chop up sausage and add to the salad
  • Add Nikos® Feta Cheese, and dressing *see below
  • Serve immediately if you prefer warm sausage


  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • pinch of salt, pepper, herbs de Provence
  • 1 tablespoon of Nikos® Feta Cheese
  • Whisk all ingredients, and pour over dish as needed.
