Greek Pasta Salad with Feta & Sausage

- 1 package tradtional Nikos Crumbled Feta
- 1 package Al Fresco® Buffalo Style Chicken Sausage
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 medium green pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup white sliced mushrooms
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 1 box of spiral pasta
Here is how to make this summer must-have meal a.ka. Greek Pasta Salad with Feta & Sausage:
Boil pasta until al dente; rinse under cold water, and drain
Cook halved sausages on the grill 3-5 mins per side on medium heat
Chop and slice veggies, and add them to the drained pasta
Chop up sausage and add to the salad
Add Nikos® Feta Cheese, and dressing *see below
Serve immediately if you prefer warm sausage
Dressing:
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
pinch of salt, pepper, herbs de Provence
1 tablespoon of Nikos® Feta Cheese
Whisk all ingredients, and pour over dish as needed.
