How to Grill Rainbow Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 Rainbow Peppers bell
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Wash and dry each pepper
  • Core Pepper using a knife, and remove inner seeds and stem
  • Slice peppers into 1/2 inch thick rings
  • Add oil, and spices to a large bowl and whisk well.
  • Place pepper rings into the bowl and make sure they are all evenly coated with oil and spices
  • All them to marinate for at least 30 minutes
  • Pre-heat your outdoor grill to 400 degree
  • Lightly spray a grill pan with cooking spray.
  • Place peppers rings into the grill pan and grill them for around 7-8 minutes. Make sure you occasionally turn them to evenly grill all peppers. This will prevent them from burning! Burnt peppers=no bueno!
  • Serve with some delicious BBQ ribs, or chicken wings.
  • These are naturally gluten free, and low carb.
