Turkey Meatball Casserole

Seasoned with Kraft Fresh Take Italian Breadcrumbs, this meal is loaded with cheese, and flavor to ignite your taste buds! Best of all, the turkey meatballs make it a wee bit healthier verses their traditional ground meat counterparts.

  • 1 1/2 lbs Turkey
  • 1 package Kraft Fresh Take Italian Breadcrumbs & Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Spices
  • 1 lb pasta shells
  • 16 ounces riccotta cheese
  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 jar Pasta Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese


  • Boil your pasta shells
  • Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl, mix your Kraft Fresh Take, egg, turkey, and spices.
  • Form 1 1/2 inch meatballs, and place them on a greased or parchment lined baking sheet
  • Bake for 23 minutes
  • Add drained al dente pasta to a large casserole dish
  • Mix in cottage and riccotta cheeses
  • Pour 1.2 the jar of pasta sauce over the top
  • Add your meatballs as the top layer to the dish
  • Sprinkle over remaining pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese
  • Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
