Coffee-Glazed Cinnamon Bun Casserole

An easy to make sweet, cinnamon bun breakfast casserole that is ready in 15 minutes or less. Perfect for weekend brunch! This cinnamon bun casserole is made with canned biscuit dough.

Ingredients

  • 24.8 oz cinnamon buns (2, 8-ct. cans)
  • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Lightly grease a small casserole dish.
  • Open cinnamon buns, and then cut them into quartered pieces.
  • Add them to the dish and spread until the bottom of the dish is covered.
  • Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • In a bowl, lightly beat the coffee and powdered sugar until thick and creamy.
  • Pour coffee icing over the casserole.
  • Serve warm & enjoy with a hot cup of coffee.
