- 1 cup of lowfat cold milk
- 1 packet of Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentials® Vanilla
- 3 large Strawberries
- 1/2 large banana
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup ice
Add ice, milk, Carnation Instant Breakfast Vanilla packet, chia seeds, and sliced fruit into blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve with chia sprinkled on top.
