Ingredients

  • 1 bag Green Giant Veggies Riced Butternut Squash
  • 1 small vidalia onion chopped
  • 4 slices bacon chopped into small pieces.
  • 1/4 tsp salt, pepper, cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Prepare squash according to the package instructions and drain.
    In a medium sized skillet (over medium heat), add the butter, bacon pieces and onion.
    Pan fry for about 3 minutes, and then add in the squash.
    Add spices, and saute for an additional 2 minutes until bacon is crisp, squash is tender, and flavors have melded. 
    Enjoy warm!
