- 1 bag Green Giant Veggies Riced Butternut Squash
- 1 small vidalia onion chopped
- 4 slices bacon chopped into small pieces.
- 1/4 tsp salt, pepper, cinnamon to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Prepare squash according to the package instructions and drain.In a medium sized skillet (over medium heat), add the butter, bacon pieces and onion.Pan fry for about 3 minutes, and then add in the squash.Add spices, and saute for an additional 2 minutes until bacon is crisp, squash is tender, and flavors have melded.
