- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 2 cups mozzarella
- 8 oz marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 2 oz pepperoni
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, spices, parmesan, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Add the sauce and mix well.
Place mixture in a large pie plate, and then cover with the remaining one cup of mozzarella cheese.
Layer the pepperoni slices on top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly golden brown.
