- 18.3 ounces Duncan Hines Fudge Brownie Mix
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
In a large bowl, add the full contents of the brownie mix pouch, 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup of oil, and 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour. Using a wooden spoon, mix until thick and combined. The dough will be sticky. Fold in the chocolate chips and form the dough into a ball.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or more. You can prepare this dough up to 24 hours in advance.
Using a large-sized cookie scoop (ours is 2 tablespoons), scoop balls of dough and place them 2 inches apart on a large parchment-lined baking sheet. Cookies should resemble ice cream scoops as pictured, and be firm.
Bake for 9-10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cookie rack; repeat until all cookies are done.
