white mushrooms
washed and sliced

Vidalia onion
sliced

balsamic vinegar

olive oil

fresh thyme

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine the mushrooms, onions, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, stirring halfway until the mushrooms and onions are crispy.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
