Crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 3 large sweet potatoes peeled, wedged
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
  • Toss the sweet potato fries with a little olive oil, sea salt, cornstarch and spices. Then, spread them out in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd or they will steam and not air fry.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes before flipping them over, and cooking an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
