- 6 Mini Graham Cracker Shells
- 8 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Medium Bananas
- 2 ounces Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 cup Banana Instant Pudding
Real Whipped Cream
In a large glass bowl, beat 8 ounces of heavy whipping cream until firm peaks appear- about 6 minutes for a hand mixer and 4 mins for a stand mixer.
Once whipped cream is formed, add to a large star tipped piping bag.
Mini Banana Cream Pies Assembly
Add 2 tablespoons of pudding to each pie shell.
Line each pie shell with 5 slices of banana.
Sprinkle with graham crackers crumbs.
Piping cream on the center of each pie.
Sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs.
Add extra banana garnish BEFORE serving.
Store pies in fridge to keep chilled, up to 2 days.
