  • 1 Minute® Ready to Serve rice in Cilantro Lime flavor
  • 2 oz shrimp About 5-6 large
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 oz lime wedge


  • Heat olive oil in a small, 7" skillet.
  • Season shrimp with spices and salt until covered in all surfaces.
  • Cook in a skillet about 2 1/2 mins per side.
  • Prepare your Minute® Ready to Serve rice ( takes 90 seconds in the microwave)
  • Place rice in a small bowl.
  • Add cooked shrimp.
  • Top with cilantro and garnish with a lime wedge.
