Ingredients:
Here’s what you’ll need to make these baked strawberry mini doughnuts.
- 1 box of Strawberry Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup finely diced strawberries
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Frosting:
- 1 cup of Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoons of whole milk
Directions:
- Prepare your mini doughnut pan with non-stick vegetable oil spray, and pre-heat your oven to 425 F.
- Combine all doughnut ingredients until fully mixed.
- Fill doughnut pan with the batter and bake for 6 – 7 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine sugar, extract, and milk-set aside until doughnuts are fully cooled.
- Frost Strawberry Sprinkle Doughnuts once they are fully cooled and add some pastel sprinkles.
