Lately, I have been on a seafood quick. Fishstick Casserole, Shrimp Scampi Flatbread, Chili Fish Fry Melts– the list goes on. I guess it is a summer thing where I want to enjoy conveneint and tasty seafood like Gorton’s. Maybe it is a New Enlgander thing, but fish, and shellfish are some of my favorite ways to enjoy quick summer bites.
This Crunchy Fish Flatbread Pizza with Tartar Sauce Drizzle was a quick and easy creation that was LOADED with flavor in every bite. If you love a good fish sandwich with cheese, and tartar sauce-then this flatbread pizza is perfect!!
Made with Naan bread, and Gorton’s Fish Fillets, this meal take svery little effort and can be whipped up in minutes.
The melty cheddar cheese, warm tomato, scallion, Gorton’s Crunchy Fish Fillets, and drizzle of homemade tartar sauce is mouthwatering.
It is also a simple meal to throw together for back to school season. I am sure parents of kids in sports can appreciate a quick, warm meal that does not skimp on flavor.
With my children starting a new school in exactly a week, I have been doing a week of test-run recipes to see what will work and what will not for our new schedules. I need meals I can make in 30 minutes or less to accomodate or new normal. These Crunchy Fish Flatbread Pizza with Tartar Sauce Drizzle are perfect because I can prep them in the morning.
Here is how:
- Wash, dry, cut scallions store in an airtight container
- Wash, dry dice tomato store in an airtight container
- Prep tartar sauce store in an airtight container
- 1 cup of mayo, 1/3 cup of sweet relish- store in an airtight container
- Count out 12 pieces of Gorton’s Crunchy Fish Fillets and put them in a freezer bag.
As you can see, it is always a good idea to prep meals the night before or in the morning for even faster preparation in the evening.
