This peanut butter mug cake creates a fluffy, and delicious peanut butter cake that reminds me of a fluffy peanut butter blondie. It contains chocolate chips and a dollop of real whipped cream. You could also use a canned whipped cream or topping-anything you have on-hand.

The best part is, you don’t have to dirty tons of dishes, or have fancy equipment. Just a large coffee mug, fork, and a microwave–easy, peasy–right?!

• 1 egg yolk
• 1 1/2 tbsps vegetable oil

• 2 tbsps white sugar
• 2 tbsps all-purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsps whole milk
• 1 tbsp chocolate chips
