Crab Meat Salad Appetizer
These Quick Crab Meat Salad Cracker Appetizers are my kind of holiday bite because they are savory, and super quick to put together before guests arrive!
Crackers are some of my favorite appetizers staples because they can be dipped, covered, or topped with sweet or salty mediums. I like RITZ because they are a personal favorite because I love their buttery, and perfectly flaky crunch.
They hold up really well too, and really complement toppings such as this crab meat salad.
Of course you can also use imitation crab meat for this recipe, but I love the taste of real crab meat when paired with the perfect dressing.
Now back to this rich and savory real crab meat salad or appetizer. Yes, that is right! You can either enjoy this crab meat recipe as a dip using RITZ Crackers as the dipping medium, or you can top your RITZ Crackers to make Quick Crab Meat Salad Cracker Appetizers.
I personally love the look of topped crackers so I decided to serve them with a dollop of fresh crab salad.

This sounds like a delicious snack. We usually put cream cheese and jelly but this sounds like a great alternative and a bit more healthy than the jelly.

I would enjoy these as a special snack. I love crab salad and can munch on Ritz crackers all by themselves. I should definitely try mixing the two.

Mmm, this looks delicious! They’d be perfect for holiday parties! Thanks so much!
A tip (from experience). Don’t put it on a cracker too early. You’ll end up with soggy crackers…
