Lately, our family has been diligently trying to incorporate more wholesome foods and beverages into all of our diets. While we totally splurge occasionally, we try to eat a well-balanced diet most of the week to get the most nutritional bang for our buck.

- 2 medium super ripe bananas
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg whites only
- 1/4 cup real honey
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of real vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees
Line a 12 count muffins tin with cupcake papers/spray with non-stick spray
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and beat on medium speed until creamy (about 30 seconds)
Evenly pour batter into the 12 count muffin tin.
Bake for 16-18 minutes. These muffins rise pretty well, and are fluffy, and super scrumptious!
