Instructions
Wash, peel, core, and diced apples into small chunks. Toss with cinnamon and sugar. Over low-medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet and add in apples. Pan fry for about 5 minutes or until apples are tender; remove from heat and set aside.
Unwrap crescent dough and stretch them into large triangles. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of filling to each. Starting from the flat side of the triangle roll under the crescents to make the shape in image. Tuck in side to close them.
Coat the air fryer basket with nonstick spray or olive oil. Set the air fryer position (if applicable) to the bottom rack position.
Add the crescents in batches ( unless you have a larger air fryer) and cook them for 8-10 minutes at 350°F. The crescents will be golden browned, and feel firm to the touch on both sides. If baking, bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10-13 minutes.
Once all crescent apple rolls are done, brush them with melted butter, and dip them in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Serve warm and enjoy!
