Air Fryer Fried Pickle Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh dill pickle coins *We love Grillo's pickles
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Olive oil cooking spray (non-silicone variety)

Instructions

  • Add the flour and seasoning to the Better Breader XL.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375℉
  • Line half the pickle coins on the breading tray.
  • Place the cover on and shake for a few seconds.
  • Transfer the breaded pickles to an air fryer and spray with olive oil cooking spray on both sides.
  • Air fry at 375℉ for 10-12 mins total ( 5-6 minutes per side). The coins will feel crispy and be golden brown.
  • Remove from air fryer and repeat until all coins are done.
  • Serve warm with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
