Ingredients

  • ½ pound Ground Beef 
  • ½ cup red onion *diced, reserve one tablespoon for topping dip
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened) 
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar *reserve ¼ cup for topping dip
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices bacon *cooked until crisp, and crumbled. *reserve a slice for topping the dip
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickles *chopped, reserve one tablespoon for topping the dip.

Instructions

  • Prepare McCain Quick Cook Crinkle Cut Fries according to package instructions.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beefand onion until the beef is cooked through. Add the garlic in the last minute.Drain the excess grease thoroughly.
  • Lower the heat to medium-low. Stir in the cream cheese and sour cream until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Keep stirring until the cheese is a gooey, cohesive sauce.
  • Fold in half of your bacon and pickles.
  • Transfer to a warm bowl and top with the remaining cheese ,bacon, red onion, and pickles. **Does not get baked as it needs to stay dippable.
  • Serve with McCain Quick Cook Crinkle Cut Fries
