Ingredients

  • 3 cups leftover spiral ham
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 tablespoons onion
  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • ¾ cup mayonaisse
  • 1 tablespoon honey dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill *can also use a little fresh dill
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Finely dice the leftover spiral ham (or pulse quickly in a food processor), celery, and onion.
  • Add the chopped ham, celery, mustard, relish, mayonaisse, and onion to the bowl. Sprinkle in the dill, pepper, and paprika.
  • Stir everything thoroughly until the ham is completely coated and the salad is creamy.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with a final sprinkle of paprika and serve on your favorite bread, crackers, or lettuce cups.
