  • 2 cups old fashioned oats use gluten-free variety if needed
  • 3 bananas large, overripe
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • Spray a 12 count muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  • In a blender or food processor combine all three ingredients until well combined and creamy.
  • Scoop mixture into muffins tins 3/4 of the way. these do not rise so filling them almost to the top is fine.
  • Bake for 10-13 minutes or until slightly golden edges, and springy tops.
