  • 16 oz macaroni pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • 1 lb grated American Deli Cheese
  • 5 ounces grated Sharp White Cheddar
  • 2 cups warm whole milk


  • Boil macaroni until al dente
  • In a large skillet heat butter, and then whisk in flour; add warm milk (makes the dissolving process easier)
  • Add grated cheeses, and spice; stir well until full melted
  • Drain water from pasta and add it to the pain
  • Carefully pour over the cheese mixture and mix with a wooden spoon
  • Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
  • Serve while warm and hot! Your family will LOVE every bite!! Plus, if you need to double or triple the recipe it will be PERFECT for parties!
